Mistress Joy was born Jett in South Africa south of Johannesburg in Kroonstad. With her parents being professional  Jazz Musicians. She and her siblings and parents traveled through Europe, as well as parts of Asia, before moving onto the Americas, Brazil, Rio, Paraquay, then onto NY, Boston, New Orleans, then up to Canada where after stops in Toronto Vancouver they settled in Toronto. Jett transitioned at age 14, and then took on her name Joy Electra. After graduating high school, Joy moved out at age 16 and moved to Sussex England, where she had previous communque with Madam Shirley, a established Dominatrix. Joy learned her craft slowly and early before leaving Sussex and traveling through Europe, then to the Asias in search of Alchemy and spiritual arts, she received her therapist certification while in travels and used her craft at her stops off in her travels. She then travelled to the States, LA, Portland, then New Mexico, Detroit, NY, then back to Canada to Vancouver, then Calgary, Toronto, and then finally settling in Winnipeg. Mistress Joy has been a staple in each and every city she traveled in singly and brings her mastery of the Domination arts and therapy and power plays to the fold in Winnipeg. in her travels she has met and kept with lots of clients, friends and associates, which continue to enrich her life today.
